Liam Rosenberg, Founder
Liam is a licensed real estate agent as well as an aspiring developer.  He graduated Commack High School in 2015, and decided at the last minute that instead of going to college at Florida Atlantic University to study business, he would stay home, immerse himself in the world of real estate investing, and launch his own company.  

While some may've said that this was a very risky proposition, Liam felt that it was important that he take advantage of that spark of passion that he had instead of just letting it fade away.  "I've always been kind of a "business geek" if you will.  So I knew that I would be able to provide myself with an education that would help me grow as a developer and a businessman."  Rosenberg said.  "The thought of having to take more classes that I knew didn't apply to my career field at all, was extremely frustrating."

2 years later, Liam is a real estate agent at Homes by Mara in Syosset, New York.  He has assembled a stellar team of real estate professionals to advise him as he searches for his 1st investment property.
